Metastatic squamous cell carcinoma of the penis.

Pat ient 62 years old, white, male, arrive to our medical service of urology with inguinal matastasis of cancer of the penis and the background of treatment in Oncology and Dermatology 3 years ago with small lesion in penis. The tumor spread the inguinal region, scro-tum and recto and the biopsy inform carcinoma epi-dermoide of penis with infiltration to inguinal zone and was decided radiations and quimiotherapic agents. No surgical treatment was done due bad general conditions and the wide infiltration of the cancer, only Cistostomy to avoid the urinary retention was done. We present this case to show the agresive of the lesions in short time.
